Product Review: Yuve Nutritional Protein Powder

Happy New Year!

In light of staying on track and eating more healthfully in 2016, a goal that applies to nearly all of us, I thought a review of my favorite protein powder would be a perfect fit for today’s blog.

I was recently given the opportunity to sample Yuve, a vegan protein powder and I must admit, I quickly fell in love. I have tried and reviewed many other powders before here on my blog and in the real world, but Yuve stands out because of its unique ingredient profile.

This nutritional shake is a unique blend of superfoods that packs 16g of protein per serving. Yuve is a soy freenon-GMO, has no artificial flavors, no artificial colors and is packed with super foods like chia seeds, gogi berries and contains beautifying nutrients like resveratrol. Like many other plant based protein powders, Yuve contains a sugar free sweetener called stevia that is derived from plants. Stevia for some, like me, can leave a strange aftertaste, but I cannot taste the stevia in this product. I am thrilled to have finally found a product that has both incredible ingredients as well as a great taste– a combination of raw chia seeds, cocoa and a hint of raspberry, but the predominant flavor is chocolatey goodness.

This nutritional shake can be blended into your favorite smoothie, oatmeal, added to your favorite recipe (like pancakes) or simply added to water, coconut milk or water. I personally like to add a little cinnamon to my shakes for a delicious chocolate cinnamony flavor.

Yuve is available online (available in 15 size servings) for $49.99 or if you’d rather try one sample pack for free by clicking here.
